Our quantities are small, therefore, all posters are printed in single units and dispatch times may vary ( usually 5 days ). Delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we cannot be responsible.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved.

Downloadable Files

Any files that are bought and downloaded from graf1x.com are for non-commercial use only. No selling of printed copies, no publishing of high resolution files in any place is allowed. Any online publication will require a reference to this website.

There is no refund for digital files with the exception of cases where digital product has not yet been downloaded.

Payments

We prefer PayPal as our payment method. After placing an order, you will be taken to PayPal website for payment details. Your order and products will be processed only after receipt of the payment.

Refund & Return Policy

Graf1x.com sells intellectual property, therefore, we do not refund with the exception of cases where digital product has not yet been downloaded. If by any reason your printed poster is damaged on receipt we will send you a new copy. Proof will be required of damage in form of pictures.
